Social Media Community Manager

Community Manager (Daily Posting + Engagement) Fluent in English This is not a content creation role (focus is on community engagement and development) We’re looking for a hands-on Community Manager to handle daily content posting, engagement, and growth across 3 accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Truth Social, and YouTube. What You’ll Do: - Post daily across all platforms with brand-aligned content that is provided to you by the social media manager, designer and video editor. - Post including using Buffer across some of the accounts (using your computer/phone on others) - Engage with followers real time every day (likes, comments, DMs, shares and connect continuously) to build an active community across - Respond to comments/questions and escalate issues as needed - Monitor trends and suggest content ideas when possible - Track engagement and performance metrics What We’re Looking For: - Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through - Experience managing multiple accounts and platforms at once - Clear, confident written communication - A self-starter who can work independently and move quickly This is a part-time, on-going role that will require approximately 3 hours a day covering all 3 accounts. - A commitment of 15 - 20 hours a week. - Posting times will likely be 6:00PM - 8:00PM so it's important that there is real time engagement and you must be also able to put time in the morning as well. 1 hour. - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
