Community Outreach Project Manager (Financial Consultant Trainer)

Our Financial Health is seeking an experienced Financial Consultant to take on a unique and impactful leadership role. You will be responsible for training and managing our team of Community Outreach Representatives who engage with the public to schedule 30-minute financial consultations. Key Responsibilities: Training Development & Management Create and manage a complete training program using TalentLMS. Design course modules that teach representatives how to confidently and effectively approach the public. Train reps on financial consultation basics so they can clearly communicate value and secure appointments. Virtual Training Delivery Conduct virtual onboarding and group coaching sessions. Ensure all trainees complete required training before going out into the field. Provide feedback, accountability, and mentorship. Project & Team Management Oversee the training pipeline and progression of outreach representatives. Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure field reps meet their goals. Monitor performance and provide ongoing support for outreach effectiveness. Qualifications: 3+ years as a Financial Consultant or in a related client-facing financial services role. Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales or outreach staff. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms (especially TalentLMS) a plus.
