Contact warm and cold homeowner prospects, set listing appointments, appointment confirmations and follow up. 2. Have a proven track record in lead generation, with high conversion ratios. 3. Have a general understanding of real estate business operations. 4. Have an effective system in place, lead vetting and validation, proven effective scripts and a reporting process. 5. Must have experience using auto dialers, calendaring and CRM lead migration. 6. Must be friendly, have a good attitude with superior sales and appointment closing skills. 7. Must have good time management, organizational and communication skills. 8. Must be affluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
