Objective: We seek an experienced full-stack freelancer to develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation and appointment-setting program targeting mid-sized businesses. Target Customer Profile: • Company size: 1,000–2,500 employees • Industries: we work across all industrial sectors. We need to research which ones purchased the most amount of training services, we do have a specialized business unit that works within healthcare Key Job Titles: o Chief Learning Officer (CLO) o Director of Training and Development o VP of Human Resources o Director of workforce development o Director of Customer Experience o Director of Operations Scope of Work: • Build highly targeted lead lists • Execute LinkedIn connection and messaging campaigns • Conduct outbound email marketing campaigns using AI-driven personalization tools • Manage light outbound telemarketing for lead qualification • Deliver 5 to 11 qualified sales appointments per week • Leads must meet qualification standards: o Correct decision-maker with buying authority o Expressed interest in workforce development, leadership, sales, or customer service training • Use advanced sales engagement platforms Preferred Experience: • B2B mid-market sales development expertise • Familiarity with modern AI sales platforms • Track record of working with professional services firms or training providers • Skilled in crafting personalized outreach and managing relationship-driven sales cycles Timeline: • Immediate start (onboarding by next week)
