Customer Follow-Up Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable individual to help us connect with our customers and encourage them to leave 5-star reviews! About the Role: This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with customers to ensure they had a great experience and kindly request that they share their feedback through an online review. What You’ll Be Doing: Receive daily customer information via a Google Sheet. Use our OpenPhone system (training provided) to add customers as contacts. Call and text customers to check in on their experience, making sure they feel heard and appreciated. Encourage satisfied customers to leave a 5-star review. What We’re Looking For: Excellent customer service and communication skills. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude. Ability to follow simple procedures consistently. Reliable availability Monday–Friday.
