Google Email Issues

The gmail for the business I am working with keeps messing up. It will randomly stop receiving emails and sending them at times. The Google Workspace is paid for, and the domain name should have no issues, but there are still technical issues. I did some troubleshooting, but to no avail. I though it was a domain issue, but I could not figure it out. I need someone to get the Gmail working again.
