Member Operations & Data Support Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) Description: International trade association in the legal industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented contractor to support our member operations and data integrity efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in association management systems (AMS), strong Excel and data management skills, and a customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to member inquiries related to account access, billing, and membership updates via email - Maintain accurate member records in our AMS (Novi) - Conduct data audits and clean-up to support segmentation and reporting - Generate custom reports and lists for outreach, campaigns, and internal analysis - Collaborate with staff to escalate or resolve complex support issues Ideal Qualifications: - Experience with Novi AMS or a similar association management system - Strong Excel skills (filters, v-lookups, pivot tables) and attention to detail - Familiarity with CRM data management and membership lifecycle workflows - Clear, professional written communication and a strong customer support mindset - Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate progress proactively Time Commitment: - Estimated 5–10 hours per week to start, with the possibility to grow
