Virtual Assistant for Order Entry + Jewelry Client Tracking
Sincerely Jewelry is a fine jewelry brand specializing in custom, sentimental pieces—from repurposed heirlooms to handwriting-inspired designs. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us stay on top of client orders, payments, and production timelines. You’ll work closely with the founder to: -Log new orders into our Google Sheets tracker -Backfill past orders using screenshots from Shopify, Zelle, Venmo, or client emails -Track order status (design approved, production started, shipped, etc.) -Maintain clear notes and flag anything that needs follow-up -Occasionally help prep client info into a proposal or invoice Suggested Requirements: -Strong command of Google Sheets (you love neat, well-organized data!) -Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision -Strong written communication in English -Experience working with small businesses or creative founders is a big plus -Bonus if you’re familiar with Shopify, Airtable, or jewelry production workflows Estimated Time Commitment: -5–10 hours/week to start -Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during U.S. daytime hours -Potential to grow into more hours if it’s a great fit Please include your hourly rate, availability, and a short note on why you’d be a good fit for a jewelry brand that runs on sentiment and spreadsheets
