We’re looking for a confident closer who can handle phone calls, set up client meetings, and seal deals to drive our annual revenue to new heights. Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to warm and cold leads to pitch our video and website services. Set up virtual or in-person meetings with small business owners and decision-makers. Close deals by presenting tailored proposals and overcoming objections (e.g., price, ROI concerns). Use HubSpot to track leads and follow-ups; collaborate with our team to refine sales scripts. Deliver 2–5 closed deals per month to start, with potential for long-term partnership. Requirements: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, tech, or creative services. Proven ability to close deals over the phone using techniques like assumptive or summary closes. Strong phone communication skills: confident tone, active listening, and objection handling. Familiarity with HubSpot, Aloware, or similar CRM/tools (preferred but not required). Self-motivated, with a track record of setting appointments and converting leads. Compensation: Commission: 15–25% per closed deal (average deal size: $5,000–$10,000). Optional hourly rate: $20–$40/hour for non-commission work (negotiable). Bonuses for exceeding 5 deals/month.
