We are IT Services Company with some managers in the US and overseas personnel. We are looking for Admin Professional who can help with some Bookkeeping/Financial/Recruiting/Admin/Legal tasks Required Expertise: * IT companies and start-ups (required) * Bookkeeping and accounting basics, (required), CPA preferred. * GDocs, GPT and oher AI tools. (required) * Business Admin experience (required) Good to have * Zoho, * Sales and Marketing support * Some recruiting support * Customer Success for B2B clients * experience with intl employees and contractors There will be mostly work with CEO and other managers during the 1st 3 months, so it can grow to FTE position if there is a mutual interest and business health
