B2B Remote Sales Setter Needed

Hourglass Advisors is a high-impact fractional CFO and accounting firm that serves fast-growing online businesses—think digital agencies, coaches, consultants, and e-commerce brands doing $50K–$500K+ in monthly revenue. We’re looking for a commission-based Sales Setter to qualify inbound leads and book them into discovery calls with our CFO team. This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours and high earning potential for the right person. What You’ll Do: • Engage with inbound leads from ads, forms, and email funnels • Use a proven script to qualify if a lead is a good fit • Book qualified appointments using our scheduling tool (Calendly) • Update CRM (ActiveCampaign) with lead notes and follow-up tasks • Collaborate with our closer to ensure smooth handoffs Ideal Candidate: • 1–3 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer success • Clear, confident communicator with strong English fluency • Comfortable asking qualifying questions and following a structured process • Familiar with online business models (coaching, eCom, digital services) • Experience using CRMs like ActiveCampaign, Calendly, or similar tools • Bonus: Exposure to accounting, financial services, or B2B SaaS Compensation: • $50 per qualified show-up appointment • 5% bonus on first month’s revenue if the deal closes ($3-$10k average ticket) • Monthly bonuses for hitting volume milestones • Setters regularly earn $1,200–$3,000/month+ depending on volume
