We’re looking for a flexible, as-needed service for outbound calls with the following details: Hours & Workload: Work anytime from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It won’t be an 8-hour daily commitment—only work when there’s a call or follow-up to be done (typically 1–2 hours a day). Main Tasks: Make Outbound Calls using our phone app (VXT). After each call, follow up by either: Scheduling a meeting with me (the accountant) on my Calendly, or Introducing the prospect to me via email, depending on their needs. Check for any missed calls in VXT and, if applicable, call back at least 24 hours later. Spreadsheet Updates: Immediately update our spreadsheet after each interaction by selecting the correct status (e.g., Interested, Not Interested, Follow Up Needed, etc.) and adding call notes. Use the Q&A tab in the spreadsheet for details about our business and to help answer prospect questions. Independence & Responsibility: You’ll be working independently with no micromanagement—experience in professional settings is a must. We need someone reliable: if you say you’ll work tomorrow, then you must follow through. If you’re unsure about an answer during a call, simply leave a note and ask me later. Our primary goal is to ensure I spend time only on qualified prospects. I’ll provide you with access to the spreadsheet and VXT app via email.
