Client Outreach Specialist for Healthcare Business

We are a growing behavioral health practice seeking a reliable and professional individual to support our outreach efforts to prospective clients. This is a remote position that requires daily follow-up with potential clients, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: - Use Zoho CRM to identify and follow up with new leads - Reach out to prospective clients via email and phone (using provided company email and phone system) - Document all outreach activity accurately in our CRM - Communicate clearly and empathetically with potential clients, answering initial questions and helping them take the next step Requirements: - Native English speaker - Comfortable making outreach calls and sending follow-up emails daily - Able to commit consistent time each weekday for client outreach - Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus but not required - Professional communication skills and a client-centered approach We are looking for someone who can represent our practice with professionalism and care.
