We are new e commerce business looking for a highly skilled and seasoned Customer Service Pro to consult and help us implement excellent support to our valued clients on the Gorgias app for shopify. You goal is to help us provide a system for Excellent customer support to our customers. We need best in class email, chat and phone support along with implementing AI agents for common customer inquiries. Job is a short term consulting gig to get us up to speed and give us Operating Procedure for a customer service reps. Current issues include: - Quick response time - managing returns - setting up and implementing AI agents that are effective - setting up a call center - managing chats and chat bots - managing service reps.
