Remote Customer Service Agent Rockstar - Primary Phone Support
Seeking seasonal customer service agents to assist with heavy seasonal call and ticket volume. We use Freshdesk/Freshcaller and Zoho CRM tools - experience with these two platforms is a plus. We need agents for Phone Support but will also have to support customers through email. This is a 1099 contract role, needed temporarily through property tax season (May/June).
