Multi Department Training Specialist for Housing, Construction & Trucking

We are looking for highly organized & adaptable Trainer to support & train team members across our 3 key departments: Housing, Construction, & Trucking. This role requires someone who can learn each department's processes, refine & document training materials, & effectively train new hires to ensure smooth operations Responsibilities: Learn & master all processes within Housing, Construction, & Trucking Develop & refine training materials, scripts, & best practices Conduct onboarding & ongoing training sessions for new and existing employees Work closely with department leads to identify training needs & process improvements Ensure all team members are meeting expectations & following company procedures Track training progress & provide reports on employee performance Assist in process implementation & documentation Requirements: Previous experience in training, operations or a management role Strong ability to learn, document, & teach processes effectively Excellent communication & leadership skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience using Asana, Slack, & CRM tools is a plus Ability to adapt & work in a fast-paced environment This role is crucial to the success & efficiency of our company.
