We are a U.S.-Based digital service provider looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant to help us grow our client base. Your main responsibility will be cold calling small business owners (landscapers, painters, house cleaners, etc.) In the U.S. To offer affordable, professional website services. We provide: • Leads (business owners’ names, industries, and phone numbers) • Scripts and talking points • Training and support • No technical work required — you only focus on calling and selling We handle all website building, hosting, and management. Your job is simply to introduce the service, answer basic questions, and close or book follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls daily to Spanish-speaking business owners • Follow a provided script (customization encouraged if helpful) • Track call results and update spreadsheets or CRM • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments when needed • Deliver friendly, professional communication Requirements: • Native or fluent Spanish speaker • Clear, confident speaking voice and strong communication skills • Experience with cold calling, sales, or customer service (preferred) • Reliable internet and a quiet work environment • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets or simple CRMs Bonus if you have: • Sales closing experience • Background in digital services or website sales • English proficiency Schedule: Flexible, but must have availability during U.S. Business hours (Pacific or Eastern time zones) Pay: Hourly rate or per-sale commission (please include your rate when applying)Category: Sales & MarketingSubcategory: Sales ExecutiveIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: Part time
