I’m looking for a skilled and reliable freelancer to help establish and optimize the online presence for my real estate investment business. This is a one-time, fixed-price project with a budget of $150 (open to negotiation based on experience and quality of work). ⸻ What I need: • Facebook Business Page Setup: Create a professional Facebook Business Page using my logo, brand colors, and contact details. The page should include a branded profile image and cover photo (if needed), updated business info, and initial layout setup to reflect my services and niche. • Google Business Profile Setup: Create and claim my Google Business Profile for maximum local visibility. This includes uploading my business details, hours, contact info, and branding. Please optimize the profile so it shows up well in local search and map results, and ensure all data is complete and accurate. • Facebook Ad Posting: Set up and launch one basic Facebook ad promoting my real estate services. You can create the visual or use a provided image. A basic ad caption or copy may be provided by me, or you can help write one based on my business goals.
