Marketing Content Specialist (Social, Blog, Ads, Web)

We’re looking for a self-directed freelance content specialist who can take ownership of our marketing copy across web, social, ads, and blog. You’ll be responsible for writing compelling content that drives awareness and conversions — and you’ll help shape the content strategy, not just execute on it. You’ll be in charge of: Writing and scheduling social media content weekly (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Creating monthly blog articles that reflect our brand voice and audience interests Writing and iterating ad copy for paid campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) Updating website copy to improve clarity, tone, and conversions Proposing new content opportunities (seasonal campaigns, engagement hooks, etc.) Requirements: Strong portfolio of marketing copy (blogs, ads, web, social) Proven ability to work independently without constant direction Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Meta, Google, etc.) Excellent written English and attention to detail Comfortable suggesting ideas and driving content planning Nice to Have: Light design skills (Canva or similar) Familiarity with SEO, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads We’re looking for someone long-term who can start with 10–20 hours/month, with room to grow.
