We are a family-owned farm in Fallbrook, CA, with over 15 years of experience in growing succulents and running a successful succulent subscription box. We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to help grow our brand and connect with succulent lovers nationwide. What We Need: • Develop a social media strategy and content calendar (mainly Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest) • Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) • Write fun captions and engage with our community • Stay on top of trends and create content that speaks to plant lovers • Help us grow our presence and build an online community Ideal Candidate: • Passion for plants and succulents (knowledge of succulents is a big plus) • Experience managing social media for product-based brands (preferably lifestyle or plant-related) • Strong content creation and writing skills • Able to work closely with a small team, providing creative ideas and feedback Details: • Freelance or part-time (flexible hours) • Remote, with an emphasis on weekly communication and collaboration • Competitive pay based on experience To Apply: Please include your portfolio or examples of social media accounts you’ve managed, along with a short message about why you’d be a great fit for our plant-loving brand.
