What We Need We’re looking for a marketing ops contractor who’s confident navigating a wide range of martech platforms — someone who can help us set up tracking, fix bugs, QA campaigns, and support day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical foundation who’s comfortable jumping between platforms, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything runs cleanly behind the scenes. You’ll Own Tasks Like - Setting up and QA’ing tracking tags in Google Tag Manager - Troubleshooting GA4 setups and conversion tracking - Managing UTMs and campaign tracking parameters - Publishing or updating content in WordPress - Supporting CRM workflows, lead routing, and form integrations - Assisting with reporting setup and dashboard cleanup - Providing day-to-day troubleshooting and admin support across platforms Must-Have Skills - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing ops or martech - Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, data layers, and event tracking - Familiarity with WordPress and CMS tools - Understanding of CRM workflows, lead flow, and form tracking - Comfortable managing UTMs and performance reporting across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ads platforms - Familiarity with Zapier, HubSpot, and similar tools - Detail-oriented and reliable — you triple-check before launch - Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Confident joining internal calls and explaining your work Tools You’ll Touch - Google Analytics (GA4) - Google Tag Manager - WordPress - HubSpot / Mailchimp / Zapier - Google Sheets / Excel - CallRail / Google Search Console / reporting tools To Apply Please include: - A quick intro about you and your martech experience - Examples of similar marketing ops or platform support work you’ve done - Your availability and typical hourly rate We move fast — we’re hoping to bring someone on immediately and start assigning tasks in the first week.
