Overview: We’re a growing video production agency serving mission-driven brands with high-performing commercial content. As the founder and CEO, I’m bottlenecked by operations, systems, and team coordination — and need a strategic operations partner to help us scale. We’re looking for a Fractional COO or Agency Operations Consultant to design, implement, and document our internal systems, delivery pipeline, and hiring structure. Responsibilities: - Audit and streamline our service delivery workflows (video + marketing campaigns) - Build or optimize our project management system - Create SOPs for onboarding, fulfillment, reporting, and offboarding - Develop a hiring + delegation roadmap for key roles - Build light dashboards (resource capacity, pipeline status, delivery progress) - Establish weekly ops meeting rhythm and reporting cadence Ideal Background: - 3+ years in operations for a creative agency (video, marketing, or production) - Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar tools - Experience with hybrid teams (in-house + freelance) - Can balance strategy with hands-on implementation - Bonus: Experience with performance-based marketing or creative retainers Project Scope: Initial engagement: TBD - Goal: Deliver a fully operational internal delivery system, including SOPs, project management workflows, role responsibilities, and a hiring roadmap — that enables the CEO to step out of daily fulfillment and focus on strategic growth.
