I am looking to bring someone on in a trial period hourly basis to submit FOIA requests (Freedom of Information) within Alabama as the state requires residency to make such requests. The requested data would come from NCAA institutions within the state and would center around employment contracts within the athletic department. There would likely be around 100-150 contracts per school (8-12 schools in total). A list of names for each school would be provided for you at which point you would make the appropriate requests (email, online form submission, or mailed) along with your proof of residency. Upon receiving documentation, you would confirm that the necessary data had been received and pass along the contract information for approval. Hourly work would include email submission, document review, and organization. The process usually takes 1-2 weeks as you wait upon the response of each school and can be variable. Contractor would be expected to follow up necessarily to check in on requests. A signed NDA would be required although not too broad in scope.
