Klaviyo Automation Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Klaviyo Email Automation Specialist to help implement pre-written email sequences and logic into our Klaviyo account. The strategy, copy, and branching logic for each flow are already defined — your role will be to bring it all to life inside Klaviyo. Responsibilities: Set up automated email flows in Klaviyo based on provided copy and logic (e.g., welcome series, lead magnet follow-ups, post-download campaigns, etc.) Build conditional splits, time delays, triggers, and filters as outlined in our flow maps Ensure all emails are properly connected, mobile-optimized, and tested before launch Tag and segment users as needed to ensure correct flow entry and exit points Configure UTM parameters and basic analytics tracking within each flow Collaborate with our team for review and testing Requirements: Proven experience building and managing flows in Klaviyo (portfolio or examples preferred) Ability to accurately interpret and implement provided flow logic Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean execution Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Familiarity with email compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) is a plus Duration: Project-based with potential for ongoing work If you’re fluent in Klaviyo and enjoy building things that just work — we’d love to hear from you.
