The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and experience with CRM and sales engagement tools. Key Responsibilities HubSpot CRM Setup: Configure and customize HubSpot to align with our sales processes, including setting up pipelines, sequences, and automation workflows. Apollo Integration: Implement Apollo for lead sourcing, email sequencing, and data enrichment, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot. Email Infrastructure: Set up email domains, inboxes, and warm-up processes to optimize deliverability and compliance. Data Enrichment: Utilize tools like Cognism or Clay to enhance lead data quality and segmentation. Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key sales metrics and pipeline performance. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of the setup, including SOPs and training materials for the sales team.
