This person will be the first voice new leads hear after requesting a consultation, making their communication pivotal to the client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Follow-Up & Scheduling: Speak with prospective clients who’ve expressed interest in our services. Confirm appointment details, answer basic questions, and professionally re-engage those who’ve missed their scheduled calls. - Client Onboarding Support: Assist with scheduling, follow-up communications, and ensuring new clients feel supported and clear on next steps. - Client Experience Management: Maintain a professional, high-touch tone in all communication (calls, texts, and emails) aligned with a high-end wellness brand. - Product & Service Guidance: Share general information about our skincare and longevity services, helping leads feel confident in moving forward. Requirements: - Experience in a client-facing role (phone-based experience strongly preferred). - Clear, confident, and professional phone presence — with the ability to tailor tone to a luxury wellness audience. - High emotional intelligence, empathy, and attention to detail. - Passion for natural skincare, wellness, or functional medicine. - Available to respond to messages and bookings promptly (flexible hours but responsiveness is key).
