Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist – B2B Growth & Lead Generation Expert Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive B2B growth, increase qualified leads, and expand our online footprint. This role supports a growing distributor of industrial testing and measurement equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing to businesses, government agencies, and resellers. You'll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels to generate conversions and measurable ROI. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to B2B audiences Plan, run, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Improve website performance and SEO (on-page, technical, off-page) Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products and nurture leads Collaborate with the web team to improve UX and conversion rates Research competitors and uncover digital growth opportunities Contribute to content strategy (landing pages, product messaging, case studies) Requirements: Proven experience in B2B digital marketing (especially in industrial, e-commerce, or government-related sectors) Expertise in SEO, paid search, and lead generation funnels Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics/reporting tools Proficient with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) Strong communication and reporting skills Data-driven mindset focused on ROI and conversion performance Nice to Have: Familiarity with Magento 2 or similar e-commerce platforms Experience marketing to government buyers or through procurement channels Understanding of the U.S. test & measurement equipment market Project Scope: This is an ongoing contract with long-term potential for the right candidate.
