Gohighlevel Sales Automation Expert Needed

CRM & Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel Expert) Type: Part Time, 5-10 hours per week (More upfront during setup. Less On-going) Location: Remote Compensation: $1000 / Month About the Role: We’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert who will take full ownership of our CRM infrastructure. As our CRM & Automation Specialist, your job is to ensure our GoHighLevel account operates at peak performance from pipeline logic and nurturing automations to reporting, QA, and optimization. You’ll be the architect. This is not a basic “set it and forget it” role. You’ll play a vital role in capturing leads, following up with them, and converting them into paying clients. Your Core Responsibilities: CRM Ownership & Account Architecture • Own the full GoHighLevel account setup and organization • Configure sub-accounts, calendars, domains, phone numbers, integrations, and user roles • Manage user permissions, team access, and folder hygiene across the platform Client CRM Implementation & Roadmap Execution • Build and maintain a standardized GoHighLevel implementation roadmap for our digital marketing clients • Customize and execute the roadmap based on each client’s industry, service offerings, and sales cycle • Ensure each client’s CRM is launched, optimized, and maintained according to best practices Lead Capture & Form/Funnel Setup • Build custom forms, surveys, and calendars with appropriate tagging and automation triggers • Connect lead forms to the correct pipelines with full tracking in place • Embed forms into landing pages or websites as needed Sales Workflow Automation • Design and build automation workflows for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, internal alerts, lifecycle stage changes, and post-visit follow-ups • Create short-term and long-term email/SMS sequences with smart logic and delays • Implement custom workflows for no-show recovery, re-engagement, and upsells Pipeline & Opportunity Management • Build, refine, and maintain sales pipelines that mirror real-life processes • Configure automated stage transitions based on activity • Ensure accurate lead attribution, lifecycle tracking, and tagging for reporting Messaging Automations • Personalize and automate all client-facing communications triggered by form submissions, stage changes, bookings, or time delays • Ensure deliverability best practices are followed (email/SMS compliance) Testing, QA & Optimization • Test all workflows before launching and identify failure points before they impact live leads • Monitor automations for errors, delays, or performance issues • Implement improvements based on user feedback and performance data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards • Build custom dashboards and reports that visualize funnel performance, ROI, and conversion rates • Set up recurring reports for internal stakeholders • Ensure lead source attribution is properly connected to all contacts and opportunities Documentation & Training • Record short Loom videos to walk through every workflow and system • Create internal documentation or SOPs to hand off processes as needed • Assist with onboarding new users (internal or client) to ensure full adoption ✅ What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (Please provide examples) • Deep understanding of sales pipelines, lead lifecycles, and CRM logic • Ability to create advanced automations using conditional logic, triggers, filters, and delays • Experience integrating calendars, ad platforms, Stripe, and Zapier into GHL • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to self-QA before deployment • Clear communicator — both in writing and via video walkthroughs • Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
