Adwords Expert / Specialist - Personal Injury Law Firm

Overview: Zinda Law Group is a cutting-edge personal injury law firm based in Austin, TX, dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes through a blend of top-tier legal expertise and innovative technology. We’re seeking a seasoned Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team on Upwork to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI across our PPC campaigns. We are looking for an adwords EXPERT, we have been working in adwords since 2008 and are looking for someone to take us to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Setup: Conduct deep keyword research specific to personal injury law (e.g., trucking accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability); structure campaigns, ad groups, and budgets for maximum efficiency. Ad Creation & Optimization: Write compelling, compliance-focused ad copy; create compelling ad extensions; perform regular A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates. Bid Management & Budgeting: Monitor and adjust bids daily to maximize conversions within budget caps; scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperformers. Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Implement and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking; set up reliable call-tracking numbers to attribute leads properly. Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting key metrics (cost per lead, conversion rate, Quality Score, etc.); provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house marketing manager and legal team to ensure landing pages are optimized for user experience and compliance, and align on messaging. Required Qualifications: Google Ads Certification (Search & Display). 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, preferably with law firms or lead-gen campaigns. Proven track record of achieving CPL (cost-per-lead) targets in competitive industries. Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), call-tracking solutions, and Google Tag Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent English communication skills and responsiveness within CST business hours. Preferred: Prior experience with personal injury or legal services campaigns. Familiarity with landing page CRO best practices (Unbounce, Instapage). Knowledge of Facebook Ads or Microsoft Advertising for cross-channel strategies. Engagement Details: Type: Part-time, ongoing (estimated 10–20 hrs/week), could lead to long term engaegment.
