A boutique company is seeking litigation counsel admitted to practice in New York State courts. The work involves filing an answer, a motion to dismiss and any necessary subsequent motions in a property damage action, as defendants’ attorney of record in coordination with General Counsel. Engagement may also lead to future opportunities based on skill set and availability. Candidates expected to work as needed, but company operates on a flexible schedule across the organization.
