California Business Attorney Needed (Los Angeles Preferred) – Contract Law & Admin Support
We’re looking to partner with a California-licensed attorney for ongoing legal support focused on business and contract law. Ideally, you're an independent practitioner based in or near Los Angeles with 5+ years of experience in handling California-specific business matters. This is a part-time, flexible engagement to supplement our corporate counsel (who is based in Miami and leading overall strategy). You would handle filings, contract review, and help manage CA-specific administrative items. While litigation is not expected, collaboration is key—especially since our GC may need to appear pro hac vice if needed. Key Responsibilities: Review and refine business contracts under California law Coordinate directly with our Miami-based corporate attorney Support state-specific administrative and regulatory filings Provide on-call guidance for general business law questions Ideal Fit: CA Bar license in good standing At least 5 years of relevant legal experience Experience collaborating with in-house or external counsel Strong communicator and highly reliable Located in or near Los Angeles (preferred)
