Hiring a skilled, native English-speaking résumé writer to professionally polish an existing résumé and write two tailored cover letters. Most of the content is already written—the focus is on restructuring, rewording, and formatting for clarity, tone, and presentation. The candidate is applying to remote and in-person roles in customer service and sales, and the résumé needs to feel modern, clean, and job-market ready. Scope of Work: • Remove one job from the work history (details provided after hire) • Reformat layout (must be clean, modern, ATS-friendly) • Rewrite and clarify selected bullet points • Write a concise, tailored summary section at the top • Create two cover letters: 1. One general letter for customer service/sales roles (remote or in-person) 2. One tailored letter for an in-ready to move forward quickly. Please include 1–2 examples of résumé or cover letter work relevant to customer service or sales.
