My goal is to get more high-quality inquiries and conversions from each ad, especially on Facebook Marketplace. What I Need Help With: Reviewing and optimizing current Marketplace ad listings Writing better ad copy and headlines that comply with Fair Housing and Meta’s non-discrimination policy Improving click-through rates and targeting Troubleshooting performance issues with boosts (e.g., low views/clicks) Possibly creating and testing new ads with better creatives Ideal Candidate Has: Proven experience with Facebook Ads & Marketplace boosts Knowledge of Meta’s policies on housing/financial ads Experience targeting low- to middle-income housing or alternative living solutions Ability to advise on images, copy, and targeting strategy Strong communication and can show past success with similar campaigns
