What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We're looking for a Zapier automation expert to set up several key integrations for our business systems. You must have hands-on experience with Shopify, Salesforce, QuickBooks, WooSender, and Facebook Lead Ads, and be capable of building clean, reliable Zaps that support our lead generation and CRM workflows. Project Scope: ✅ Contact Syncing to Salesforce Automatically send new customer/contact information from Shopify, WooSender, and QuickBooks into Salesforce as new leads or contacts. Ensure data mapping is accurate and includes relevant fields like name, email, phone, and order history (where applicable). ✅ Facebook Lead Form to WooSender Integration Set up a Zap that captures leads from Facebook Lead Ads on our business page. Automatically send those leads into WooSender for follow-up sequences. Requirements: Proven experience building complex Zaps across multiple platforms. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Zap reliability. Strong attention to data accuracy and mapping between systems. Bonus if you're familiar with WooSender’s API or advanced triggers.
