What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re a creative marketing agency with 25+ years of experience helping food and beverage brands grow through standout content, campaigns, and strategy. Now we’re looking for a freelance partner who can help us grow, too. We need a self-starter who’s confident in working and vetting a supplied lead list, researching and identifying some additional new leads, reaching out, and booking qualified meetings with potential food industry clients—think CPG brands, manufacturers, distributors, and grocery retailers. We’ll supply clear guidance, and contacts, for our target audience, and you’ll bring the drive and savvy to start meaningful conversations. This is a long-term freelance opportunity, not a short-term project. We’re hoping to build an ongoing relationship with someone who understands the marketing world and can plug into the food space with ease. What You’ll Do: - Target new business opportunities in the food & beverage space - Conduct cold outreach (phone & email) with professionalism and warmth - Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for our sales leadership team - Track progress, learn from results, and help refine our outreach strategy over time What You Bring: - Experience with lead generation or appointment setting (ideally for creative agencies) - Strong communication and follow-through skills - Ability to work independently and adapt based on feedback - Bonus if you’re familiar with the food industry and/or marketing services - Let’s talk if you’re a contractor who knows how to get in front of the right people—and enjoys working with a team that lives and breathes food.
