We are looking for a talented photography vendor to provide headshot services at our trade show booth in Orlando from May 30 to June 2. The ideal candidate will have experience in event photography, creating high-quality headshots in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for setting up a portable studio, managing the photo sessions, and delivering edited images promptly. Activation Overview: Dates: May 30 – June 2 May 30 - 3 Hours, Set Up May 31 - June 2, 8 hour days Location: Orlando, FL (venue shared upon selection) Format: Drop-in booth experience offering free headshots Footprint: Small booth, designed for quick portraits with a clean, elevated aesthetic You or your team will be responsible for: Coordinating with our team to rent and install a seamless backdrop (neutral, editorial look preferred) Professional camera and lighting setup - we can coordinate rentals On-site photo capture of attendee headshots Real-time digital delivery via text/email Applying light branding to photos (logo/watermark provided)
