NetSuite Expert Needed for Process Training and Best Practice Guidance
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to provide live training and process guidance to our team over the next 2-3 weeks (with potential for limited follow-on work). This is a short-term consulting engagement primarily focused on improving our use of NetSuite for month end close & financial operations. Scope of Work: • Provide live coaching while shadowing our team as they perform tasks in NetSuite. Advise on best practices for: • Handling bank transactions via both synced connections and manual imports. • Efficient month-end close procedures. • Setting up automations for prepaid expenses (and other automation opportunities you recommend). • Building useful reporting for financial management. • Identify areas for process improvement and share actionable recommendations. • Assist in creating process documentation based on your guidance. Availability Requirements: • Must be available for 2-3 hours per business day, scheduled within Eastern Time (EST) business hours (not all hours will be required every day). • Specific session times will be scheduled 1-2 business days in advance. • Engagement will last approximately 2-3 weeks. Ideal Experience: • Proven NetSuite functional expertise in accounting and finance operations. • Experience training finance and accounting teams on system usage and process improvements. • Ability to explain technical topics in a clear and practical way.
