Job Overview: We help entrepreneurs and high-profile clients clean up their credit, become bankable, and access capital for growth. Our firm serves: • Small business owners transitioning from MCAs to traditional lending • Professional and college athletes (NIL and post-league) with credit + funding needs • Real estate investors and non-traditional entrepreneurs seeking capital for projects • Talent agents and advisors structuring SPVs to advance players against future contracts We also support reputation repair, business structuring, and access to private deals via family offices and capital networks. We’re now looking for a former underwriter, loan officer, or bank-side professional to help us package, evaluate, and advance our client files toward funding. ⸻ Your Role: • Review personal and business credit files to determine “bank readiness” • Identify what’s broken and help us sequence what to fix first • Package and position files for traditional lending, SBA alternatives, and private banking • Coach our team on what banks expect and how to communicate with underwriters • Work with agents or advisors to structure loan-ready SPVs • Advise on bank appetite for non-standard deals — real estate, pre-IPO SPVs, revenue-based advances, etc. ⸻ Who You Might Support: • Entrepreneurs repairing their credit and building fundable businesses • Founders transitioning from MCA into bank or credit union relationships • Athletes preparing for life post-league — or NIL players learning how to build credit now • Agents seeking funding strategies to retain talent • Investors and entrepreneurs seeking capital for real estate or early-stage deals ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • You’ve worked as a bank underwriter, loan officer, processor, or funding consultant • You’ve packaged non-traditional deals and made them work • You know how to navigate lender overlays, UCC issues, and bank language • Bonus if you have relationships with private banks or alt lenders • Even better if you’ve helped clients raise money or prepare for capital raises ⸻ Compensation: • Flexible — hourly or per-file packaging • Potential for long-term retainer or strategic consulting • Open to working with professionals who know the terrain ⸻ To Apply: Answer briefly: 1.
