Experienced US Bookkeeper Needed for Personal and Business Accounts
I'm seeking a skilled US-based bookkeeper to help me with both personal AND business bookkeeping. I use Quickbooks Online for my business (S corp, 1 employee, minimal monthly transactions) and Quicken Classic Deluxe for my personal account (joint checking, credit cards, investments). I'd like someone to catch both accounts up and then do monthly reconciliations and basic reporting to help me be more organized. You should be friendly, experienced, and based in the US so we can easily do brief monthly phone calls during US hours. I can grant you user access for both QBO and Quicken, but I think you'll need a Quicken ID. If you use a Mac, please let me know that as well. It may be a better solution to share Quicken Desktop back and forth since Quicken online has limited functionality.
