Bookkeeper Accountant
Looking for a bookkeeper for a real estate business. There are multiple entities and lot's of inter-company transactions. You need to be familiar with this. Right now we rebill it every quarter but I'd like to get to every month if possible. Also catagorizing the transactions may be difficult at first so a lot of it will be asking and working with our team who already does this a few days a week. You'll also need to know about real estate mortgage amoritization schedules as well as categorizing and recording different types of transactions. The goal is to get everything ready for the CPA to file at the end of the year.
