We need a Delaware attorney to assist with the filing of a petition in the Delaware Court of Chancery to nullify a Certificate of Cancellation filed by members of a limited liability company in violation of the Delaware Limited Liability Act (I am an attorney, however I am not admitted to the Delaware Bar). We have a draft of the filing, but will of course rely on the attorney's expertise to modify as necessary. Richard
