Are you a skilled immigration attorney or immigration law firm with extensive experience in preparing and processing EB-1ABC, EB-2 NIW, L1, O1, and E2 visa petitions? We are seeking a licensed attorney or law firm to assist in remotely preparing and managing 8-12 petitions per month. Job Description: We are looking for a highly qualified independent immigration attorney or a reputable immigration law firm to remotely support our growing immigration agency. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing petitions for various U.S. employment and investment-based Green Cards and Visas, including EB-1ABC, EB-2 NIW, L1, O1, and E2. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and a proven track record of successful filings. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and process EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, L1, O1, and E2 Visa petitions for individual clients and businesses. • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate filing of all documentation. • Handle case strategy, legal analysis, and overall petition management. • Ensure a high approval rate and compliance with U.S. immigration law. • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates. Qualifications: • Active and valid license to practice immigration law in the U.S. • Experience in preparing and filing EB-1ABC, EB-2 NIW, L1, O1, and E2 petitions. • Demonstrated success in managing a high caseload. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Experience with high-volume immigration petitions. • Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department specializing in U.S. immigration law.
