We are seeking an experienced WordPress Web Administrator to join our dynamic team, managing a high-volume e-commerce website for a well-established tire and rim business based in Canada. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in handling complex websites with extensive product inventories. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Coordination: Work closely with the client to develop and implement monthly digital strategies that align with business goals. - Product Management: Efficiently add, edit, and remove product listings to ensure the online store reflects our current offerings and inventory levels. - Website Updates: Regularly update the website to incorporate new features, improve user experience, and maintain a modern, appealing design. - Order Management: Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. - Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and promptly address any issues to ensure the website operates smoothly without any disruptions. - SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to enhance the website’s visibility and ranking on major search engines, driving increased traffic and sales. - Continuous Improvement: Continually assess the website’s performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance functionality and user engagement. Monthly Engagement & Remuneration: This is a remote, monthly engagement role with a set payment of CAD $1,100. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a flexible and responsive service to meet the evolving needs of our business.
