Project Description: We're seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to develop concepts for a double decker bus wrap. See thumbnail example. & to create renders of additional outdoor activation assets ( l banners / teardrop flags banners ) Design Objectives Create a bold, energetic, youth-focused visual identity that captures the spirit of creativity, empowerment, and community connection. Designs should feel vibrant, accessible, and culturally resonant for young audiences (ages 13–24), while maintaining clear partner branding. Visuals should be optimized for visibility at street level and engagement at festivals and block parties. KPIs What does success look like? Great Design that features all partners The bus will travel to various locations, Your designs will play a crucial role in making a strong visual impact, attracting young people, and communicating the energy and purpose of this initiative. Responsibilities: Full Bus Wrap Design Concepts (Exterior Branding): Create a visually compelling and impactful design that covers the entire exterior of a 10.5m long, 2.5m wide, and 4.4m high double-decker bus. Consideration should also be given to integrating branding for two secondary sponsors. Outdoor Activation Footprint Design: Develop designs for the area surrounding the bus at each stop. This includes staging concepts, signage, and any other portable branding elements to create an engaging and welcoming space. Deliverables: Design: design concepts (3) with revision rounds on a final choice. Bus Wrap A bold, 360° visual wrap across the full exterior (including roof if visible at festivals) Clear partner branding placement ( we will give clear creative direction) Incorporates photographic textures, youth silhouettes, street typography Activation Footprint (Suggested - but TBC) - Stage backdrop / portable performance wall - Branded flags, feather banners - Modular signage (folding signs, A-frames) - Design for portable canopy or inflatable arch entrance - Floor decals or stencils for asphalt branding Style Guide - - Color palette - Type system (bold, graffiti-inspired and legible) - Graphic elements (icons, stickers, patterns) - Rules for applying logos & adapting across digital/social assets Key Requirements: Proven experience in vehicle wrap design and outdoor branding. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work. Ability to incorporate multiple brand elements effectively. Understanding of print-ready file preparation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work within the project timeline (final print-ready files ideally by the end of May, though this can be discussed).
