Role Overview: You will focus on generating qualified leads for our cutting-edge laboratory services, targeting senior living, long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities. Your role is to connect with decision-makers, set appointments, and pass leads to our implementation team for closing. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients in the senior living and skilled nursing sectors. - Communicate the value of the laboratory and supporting software, emphasizing fast turnaround times, accuracy, and antimicrobial stewardship. - Schedule qualified appointments for the implementation team. - Track and report on lead generation progress using Monday CRM. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in sales or cold calling, ideally within senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare. - Strong understanding of the needs of senior care communities and the ability to discuss laboratory services confidently. - Personable, professional, and skilled at building rapport with healthcare decision-makers. - Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
