Lead Generation for Sponsorships and Partnerships in Proptech

We are seeking a proactive lead generation specialist to identify and engage potential sponsors and partners for our proptech startup, Dreamstakes. Focusing on the banking and construction sectors, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships that can drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the proptech landscape. Project Background: Our company is licensing our tech platform to a Protech startup called Dreamstakes, and we are championing their success. At the moment DreamStakes is looking to find a banking partner who can offer their loan structure to help fund DreamStakes renovation contracts that grant homeowners home repairs. This relationship is dependent on if the bank is able to reinforce our grant eligibility requirements to ensure homeowners qualify for our grant. We also need leads to construction companies nationwide so we can offer the best price for labor and materials. Key Responsibilities: Know the full sponsorship or partnership sales cycle—from prospecting to pitch to close Build and maintain relationships with prospects Critique and revise our documents to match relationship needs.
