Background: We are conducting compensated market research and are looking for appointment setters, ideally located in the United States. Your role will involve calling a list of industrial facilities, identifying the appropriate 1-3 potential research respondents at the facility, clearly explaining the opportunity, and scheduling them for a compensated one-hour research interview. Responsibilities: Call provided contacts at various facilities across the US. Clearly communicate the purpose and benefits of participating in the compensated research interview. Identify and connect with the correct decision-maker or individual qualified to participate. Schedule confirmed appointments for one-hour expert interviews. Provide accurate documentation of all contacts, responses, and scheduled appointments. Requirements: Native (or nearly native) English speaker with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or customer outreach. Professional phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated. Must have a quiet, professional calling environment. Compensation: Success-based fee paid (negotiable) for every successfully booked and confirmed interview.
