Project Overview: I’m the founder of Joseph Hanna Development, a San Diego-based boutique residential firm specializing in luxury custom estates and full-scale renovations. We operate using a two-phase structure (Pre-Construction and Construction) and deliver a white-glove client experience. I’m seeking a skilled professional to build out my entire backend infrastructure, including operations systems, legal templates, CRM setup (JobTread), and website. This will serve as the foundation of our long-term growth. Deliverables & Scope: 1. Operations & SOPs * SOPs mapped from Inquiry → Pre-Con → Construction → Handoff → Warranty * EOS/Flywheel-based company playbook * Role scorecards + KPIs for Sales, Estimating, PM, and Warranty * Delegation triggers + workflow ownership logic * All SOPs formatted clearly and integrated into JobTread where applicable 2. Legal Contract Templates (California-Specific) * You will hire or coordinate with a CA-licensed construction attorney to produce CSLB-compliant documents * All contracts implemented into JobTread’s Document Templates system * Includes: – Pre-Con & Construction Agreements (New Build + Remodel) – Sub Agreements, POs, COs, RFIs, RFQs, Invoices – 1/2/10 Warranty Terms + Procurement SOPs 3. Sales System Finalization * Final polish of: – 5 pitch decks (Presales → Handoff) – 8-stage email sequence + Discovery call script * Brand tone and formatting alignment 4. JobTread Setup * Full backend configuration: – Cost codes, templates, catalogs – Schedule templates with milestone checklists – Bid request forms, contract docs, COs, POs – QBO integration + dashboards – Branded onboarding logic and automation flows * Staff training documentation included 5.
