Workflow & Integration Specialist for PandaDoc and HubSpot

We are looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to help us create automated workflows and integrations between PandaDoc and HubSpot. The main goal of this project is to streamline our processes involving invoicing, customer follow-ups, recording payments, and mapping PandaDoc fields to HubSpot deals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement workflows for customer invoicing and payment tracking within HubSpot. Create follow-up automation for customer interactions, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales and payment process. Integrate PandaDoc with HubSpot to automatically map fields (such as deal size, payment plan, payment amounts, etc.) from PandaDoc documents to HubSpot deal properties. Ensure smooth tracking of payment records and synchronization between PandaDoc and HubSpot. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the workflow implementation. Required Skills: Strong experience with PandaDoc and HubSpot integrations. Proficiency in setting up automated workflows, particularly for invoicing and payment tracking. Familiarity with HubSpot deal properties and mapping custom fields. Previous experience with setting up follow-up automations and customer communication workflows. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Estimated Time: 2 hour (with potential follow-up if adjustments are needed)
