Residential, Pool, and Landscape Architect Needed
We are seeking an experienced architect specializing in residential design, pool architecture, and landscape architecture for an upcoming project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating innovative living spaces that seamlessly integrate with outdoor areas as well as the style of the existing building. You will be responsible for designing a cohesive concept that includes a beautiful home, stunning pool, and harmonious landscaping in a subtropical environment. We have CAD sketches with approximate layouts and approximate measurements. We have a mood board that will communicate our desired style. We are looking for someone who can give us valuable input regarding best practices, cost efficiency and aesthetic appeal. You will complete a redraw of our rough initial plans with a few minor change requests which we have in a .pdf document. We are not looking for detailed interior design, but we do need for structural elements such as tray ceilings to be included in the plans. We will need permit-ready plans that can be stamped by a local engineer who understands the Miami Dade Hurricane code. If you do not have a Florida engineer, we could use one in our area. If you have a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects, we would love to hear from you. We are interested in a fixed rate or cost not to exceed an agreed upon amount. Please include your change request charges as well.
